ESST does have options, though, I'm not sure if there are LEAPS.

Is this a long term hold...a year or more?

This question depends on your investment objectives, horizons, and how much risk you are comfortable with taking. My general opinion, for whatever little it is worth, is that ESST has a strong position in a growing niche at the bottom of the semiconductor cycle, where valuations (and multiples afforded) tend to be lean/compressed. Consequently, I intend on holding ESST through a portion of the next upswing in the semiconductor cycle....using valuation fundamentals and TA to forumlate my exit strategy.

Hope that was helpful in some way......SB
