TV, The P4 needs a shrink. With the newest P4 shrink do you still have to bolt the chassis to the CPU? You would have to sit a tower case on the floor so it wouldn't hurt somebody when it fell over....... sTeViE

Thanks for the info. P4 and 0.13 do sound healthy. Keep us posted on another possible shrink, if you can. Sounds like the AMDroids are in need of shrinks themselves the way things are going: You're welcome. As for the AMD shrink, you have to have a product first before you can shrink it. Hammer now 15% better than Athlon at the same clock speed. That's almost down to a bigger cache boost and another couple of other relatively minor boosts. I continue to be unconvinced by the hammer hype, for two reasons: #1 Jerry is nothing but a liar to begin with and #2 AMD would be feeding the same line of sh*t regardless of how well Hammer is or isn't doing because they have no other choice but to hype. How many OEMs would even listen if AMD admitted hammer is going to be mediocre? EP

You should add to your list: -- AMD losing market share -- AMD losing money ... again and again <ggg> -- Albert being "rejected" for "lessons" due to lack of "prerequisites". Make It So, Yousef
