thank you, the scale is a bit more clearer from time-scale perspective but it is still unclear if the yields are normalized. What does "10x in good die output" suggests about normalization and also how does it fit with defect density chart (fig 2) which seems to have different timing for .13um ramp. (though they may separate one ramp kind from another)
