What kind of BS this guy speaks? Application benchmarking,
BAPCO or Winstone, uses the same binaries for both
P4 and AXP, so the number of instructions is simply
identical, so to speak.

I guess wannabmw will be at our service in no time to
defeat the baloney of his fellow co-worker <ggg>
