yup, convince the people that the U.S. and the Jews are the ones who are keeping them down and it will divert their attention from the fact that it is their own political and religious leaders who are keeping them down....and worse. Still, each individual is finally responsible for their own actions. Just because a suicide bomber does the will of another person, that person is still resposible for murder.
