Fyo,

I heard the top UMC guy speak (I think it was their top guy) on the CC talking about the joint venture. His English was not too good. I do think AMD could use a better replacement for Jerry as CEO than Hector. They don't ask me though.

I don't know where others would weigh in on this topic -- I'd prefer, given all things -- a great public speaker for my leader.

But given the choice, speaking ability comes far behind many other characteristics that I can think of.

And while I prefer Jerry's "Spinability", I think Hector does just fine.
