Ted, I know that you are getting annoyed with approach, but I'm
trying to show you that if you think about the detail, you will
probably come to the same conclusion ... You might not like the answer,
but you will get the same answer.

First, I'm glad to see that you do believe the terrorist groups are NOT
justified in their methods AND should be held accountable. We are in full
agreement (for once). The only approach I see is basically the same one
being used by the US in Afghanistan ... Tell the organization which has authority in the region that the terrorist
group resides --> Turn over the terrorists OR turn over your authority.
Then follow through based on the decision of the leadership of the region.
If Arafat chooses to not support these demands, then his organization (all of it)
must go and a new one, that would fight terrorism, needs to be put
in place. This is what the US is doing in Afghanistan. The same
will work in the Mideast.
