Or do only certain incendiarists get the benefit of that? The thread header says that all opinions are welcome here. You have committed to not banning any incendiarists without a warning. I support both of those principles. All incendiarists are deserving of due process, IMO, regardless of whether I or anyone else likes having them around or not. We're either a "thread of laws" or we're not. As long as we have stated rules in the header, I think we should follow them. We can change them. We can get rid of them and instead operate by vote or you can be entirely arbitrary. As long as we have protocols, I think we should follow them. It's the civilized thing to do. As for being "nice," I've said before that I think we should handle that informally.
