Courts can judge only from evidence ... if this is a hangin' offense [?] then perhaps Ish would be wise to reveal his password to an officer of the court, that his inbox may be entered and marked Exhibit A ..... but were i his lawyer i might just suggest plea-bargaining for a ban of ninety seconds or so
