On the options issue, what's that all about? Are you saying the option position is not counted as equity in your account at all?

If so , is this universal or broker specific?

Ken, Thanks for your reply. No argument. The $2 limit for continued inclusion is something I'd like to see Pershing allow. It is their decision. No regulation prohibits it. Many of their competitors allow it. Until they do, Yamner is yoked to Pershing's stubborness.

I also agree with you about the ridiculousness of imposing a margin call based on free credit only.
