pcstel: My viewpoint is that their 180 degree turn on ownership of standard PCS spectrum is something to make a note of! A year ago they were paying "obscene per covered POP" prices for this spectrum. Now they want to rid themselves of it like it's the plague! Is your comment regarding getting rid of spectrum tied to your belief that technology will significantly reduce the value of spectrum? But, what you have to do is look at June, 2003. Have you new concerns about the business model based on the footnotes you've referenced? Has LWIN given up too much to the vendors in exchange for the roll over, in your opinion? TIA. Pierre
