Yousef:

"A review of the "future" AMDroid outlook: -->"

What's new??? INTC's FY01 rev's fall a whopping 22% (i.e. $8.2 billion) compared to an AMD drop of 11% ($0.75 billion) and this poster (another Aberdeen???) concludes, that AMD is in trouble...How does the poster reconcile INTC's $10.3 billion decline in net income during this period???

Now that this poster has reconciled AMD's 11% drop in revenues, he/she might be best advised to reconcile INTC's 22% (i.e.$8.2 billion) decline in revenues before worrying so much about AMD...p4 can barely compete with Athy XP and will in all likelihood be eating Hammer's dust by yearend...and AMD is in trouble...

Like I said earlier, Yousef, same old chorus over at INTC...INTC keeps losing market share, INTC ASP's, revenues and profits in a precipitous decline and the INtellabees conclude that it is AMD that is in trouble...

Some advice Yousef...It's wakeup time in INTCland...Hammer is looming and INTC ASP's, which have been in a tailspin since the Athy arrival, have no hope of reversing this unfortunate trend for the INTC investor, once Hammer arrives...

Yousef:

INTC goodwill currently estimated at $5.0 billion...Hey Yousef, how large a hit is inTC taking on this "puffed up" asset in q1, with the recent accounting changes???

The prospect of Huge writedowns coupled with a faltering product lineup at INTC through FY02 and FY03 isn't exactly the stuff that enamours most prospective shareholders...Better hire a few more Aberdeens real fast...ggg>
