A PM is per se Personal information
it is a private communication
disclosing the alleged receipt of one is disclosing a personal communication
disclosing what was allegedly in one is disclosing what was private and personal
This issue was gone over with other people on this thread- before the creation of this thread
You may not think telling everyone about the receipt of a pm is relaying private information
you may not think that disclosing alleged communications in a pm are private/personal
