I am going to have to agree that the rules need to be modified if you are to remain consistent in the application of those rules. I would use the same guidelines as libel or slander. It makes it harder for you as the threadhead, but the issue was the unsubstantiated claims. If the claims can be substantiated, then I would say that "truth is the best defense" comes into play. And in the spirit of going down by my own hand.... I received a PM from Neenny saying that she was assless. Yes, it is true, she told be that she "laughed her ass off" at something. Can't get much more personal and intimate than that.
