Hi Kerm. You are definitely a "blast from the past"! {{{ I have an interest in one of the companies. However there is another company that attracts me. If my valuations are in the neighborhood, this company's Net Asset Value will increase dramatically because the current fully diluted share price is less than 1/2 its potential net asset value per share. }}} You mean that there is another company like Elk Point out there. ELK currently trades at $3.30, and they have a CURRENT (not potential) net asset value of over $7. I shake my head over that one every day! Cheers, S&P
