That's very true Don. Those stocks that have not yet begun to show improvement may show the greatest gains over the short term for both the SOX and the Wennerstrom Semi Equips.

The caveat here is that production equipment for new plant is becoming enormously expensive; in the billions. The question to me is whether the same production folks can continue to be in the game who are in it now and how this will impact the equipment suppliers. Seems to me not a question of "if" but of "when".
