This stands in marked contrast to what Arafat preaches to the outside world. SR..note the reference to American weapons here: Message 17264679 He is preaching it, I think we're not listening but waiting to talk. There is a huge difference. And yet he repeatedly gets to visit at the White House raising his stature and credibility. The lack of continuity (incontinuity) out of the US on this matter needs to be addressed. It appears to be in disarray. Regards C
