It was an aspersion, obviously. Since you raised an issue (a claim that a new case was "exactly like an earlier one") but, after stirring the pot with that claim, refused to discuss its merits or lack of them substantively, I drew a conclusion. And you are very good at casting aspersions without using nouns. I suspect a law degree is helpful in this technique of denigrating others. I just come out and say what i think. But I think I could learn, if I decided it was a worthwhile project. But why should I? It wouldn't fool anyone.
