Galileo won't be commercialy available until 2007 if there are no further delays in the development and deployment schedule. While FOMA doesn't currently support A-GPS, IMHO if KDDI's GPS handsets start giving it a market advantage, DoCoMo won't wait fives years for Galileo.

W-CDMA will have GPS if they use Q's chipsets ;>)
