Take a look at the strike prices for the AMD options in the AMD 2001 Proxy statement and you will see that they are mostly underwater. Where's Mine Jerry exercised and sold most of his above water options last April at $30 plus when he could see AMD was going in the tank.

The AMD insiders have nothing left to sell... for a profit.
