I am currently working to build a water well in a minority village down near Da Lat, Vietnam. The Vietnamese government has no desire to help these poor people, and worse, they won't get out of the way to let us help.

not only will they not get out of the way...they have imprisoned and or driven many montagnards who fought for the USA out of the country. they flee to cambodia and laos where many have met a violent death.
