The main project is $$ to pay for processing deer for the Mission and other groups that supply food. Many deer hunters are farmer protecting their crops and they may kill 5 does to reduce the herd that is eating their crops. Say they can eat two a year, the club pays for having the other three processed and given to the food kitchens.
