Sorry, I am with Elmer on this. Companies have to defend their trademarks rigorously, else they lose them. Look at formica, aspirin and may others. For example, Coca Cola used to (I dunno about currently) pay people to go to restaurants and order a "Coke". they'd take the product sold and send it to be analyzed. If it wasn't a Coca Cola, they'd then send off a letter of complaint...
