"People stop fighting when they perceive that they have more to lose than to gain from engaging in warfare." Well, hell Hawk...it's so simple! Instead of the US, Europe, and Saudi Arabia withholding funds, we'll just throw them a few trillion more, and watch them blow themselves to smithereens! Perpetuate the hatred and recriminations - why, we can make it all last centuries! Throw a few more injustices, sorrows and deaths onto the pile - hell, we've all lost track anyway! Why negotiate, when it's all so easy? What were we thinking?
