John. That's certainly an important level on OSX

We've also had a huge run in a lot of small and mid cap oil service since their lows. From where I'm sitting, whether we get a significant correction now or later in April will have a lot to do with how the fund mgrs decide to deploy the important seasonal inflow of retirement $$ that will continue to come in till mid April. I'm just going to watch the tape for guidance on how that process evolves.

AFA another important sub-sector in energy is concerned? Par usual, NG heavy XNG is on a different time table from the OSX - which bottomed in October of last year. The XNG and most of the natural gas producers didn't hit their low - so far - for this cycle till late Feb.

And with Spring shoulder season soon to begin, a test of that low is probably in the cards. I'll be adding to my partial positions in the gassers when it looks like that correction has about run it's course. Perhaps May or June.

Just have to wait for Mr Market to show us the way. Am less interested in trying to forecast specific index price levels than in just reading the market and trying to identify important pivot points as close as I can to when they occur.

Best regards,
