Now now ACF, don't get ideological. Right in the citadel of capitalism, California, the citizens were starved of electricity by the state. But it wasn't intentional. Fortunately, the consequences were a lot less harmful than the wacko ideas of North Korea. Perhaps the USA could try some swaggering bellicosity back in the USA where all is not capitalist peace, light and harmony. <The North Korean Communist regime has systematically starved its own people for what amounts to crackpot ideological reasons, and we should focus intense pressure on those bastards until they crack, which they will, even if it means raising global squeals about the US's swaggering bellicosity.
