"I think systems don't make money, mainly because they are unable to discern the points where the trend ends. There is still a job for people, so far." Some systems do in fact make money or lose money consistently. But it is far easier to find systems which essentially break even excluding commissions. I don't think discretionary trading is a way to go, because every form of trading has drawdowns, and with discretionary trading the drawdown is a big ??? I'm just interested in sharing view points...not looking to cause trouble anywhere...
