Dale, I agree, acts of redemption will Rule :o) as those
who i shamelessly in graphic horror displayed on this thread
from a me'ism being in a plus 20 thousands range as most
"latest contest results, only 9 out of 31 players turned a profit"
were there for all to see under water with a few just threading
that ten thousand water line thready holding onto a threadbare
thread threaten with the threat to fall from that threshold knowing
that a few have already sunken to a depth under three thousand
where no Light of Hope reaches.

Best to remember that these "free" non-money prizes Dave Gore
will give out will actually cost Dave real cash money if the cost
of shipping & handling is included in the prize awarded to those
of current contest with 1-day left to declare who get them
naturescapes-gallery.com pictures that contain
wild flowers, rainbows, New England Fall colors etc.

"... Maybe Dave could run two contests, one straight buy
and hold with buys on April 8 only and a second contest
with more trading."

If my take on what Dave Gore has recently posted is correct
then only a straight buy and hold will be available if it requires
Dave Gore to supply all the time, money and prizes.

If so then i have a quick short easy question to ask about any
straight buy and hold in regards to time duration and number
of stock picks available. To me a three month hold period in
these changing times is too long, especially if unexpected news
like in the current contest knocked down a pick in the second
week leaving it in the dumps for the following ten weeks, so to me
a one month hold period is best, but then while two or three prizes
from Dave's naturescapes-gallery.com gallery over
a three month spaced period is o.k. with Dave, I'am sure it is
too much with the shipping & handling costs for a single month
period unless only one prize is given to the single winner only.
Then I wonder about a single stock pick versus where like you
mentioned "...only 9 out of 31 players... SP500 is flat YTD.
So... [9 out of 3] beat the main market index." might reflect
that rather than a contest where everyone picks a "moon shot"
that everyone create a portfoilio to run against an index, but then
i'am clueless on whats in the sp500 if its a sample of all sectors, etc.
But if Dave's ability to display that results posts can be set up
and just run each week without any added effort, then the number
of picks per contestant could be a large number.

Golly, i'am not only babbling but out-of-line here.
