Actually Eric I was talking about the "lack of alternative" in the WAN that Voicestream is calling an alternative in the LAN. In clear english, Voicestream's decision to push Wi-Lan is a sign of desperation that they don't have an upgrade path in their normal business. So call Wi-Lan in airports and starbucks the upgrade path and everybody will be happy right?

"Head in the sand?" Great wi-lan is wonderful. The one across the hall from office doesn't reach to my desk. No one seems to be able to make a buck installing them. Security issues? What problem? But if it takes the heat off the likes of Voicestream it must be great.
