A last post: If you read through the demutualization filings, you'll find that they had been living off of VC activities. They got trashed after 9/11 because of pay out worries. They continue to be under book value. I'm not selling, but the easy money may have already been made. Thanks for your list of 'under cash' stocks. I might point out that VCLK seems to be a 'no brainer'. But if you like it, you may want to buy BFRE. You end up with VCLK at a cheaper price. Ciao
