Tomaso,

NEM made a net profit the 3rd and 4th 2001 quarters. I have not read their 10-K's,but unless there were special
revenues from investments instead of sales,this may be too high for them.

I can't produce it right now,but I read where NEM produced at US$185 somewhere. The expenses vary based on reclamation costs,etc. Possibly what you read was an unusually high expense cost due to a one time charge?
