GSt, most of the population of France would move to the U.S. tomorrow if they could. Friends from France tell me of the 35 hr max work week the govt instituted, thinking it would force companies to hire more workers.

Instead, companies shift some operations to other countries, and French workers take Fridays off, since by then they have put in their 35 hours! They recently had a union holiday, a day where everything is closed including the tv stations, so there's not even anything on TV all day!

It's sad to hear the disrespect and disgust these folks have for their native govt. They are just hoping they can stay in the US long enough to get citizenship.

"Gay men, especially younger men, who may not have lost any friends to the disease still need to be reminded that even though it may feel emotionally and physically better to have unprotected anal sex, there is no cure for AIDS," Algaze added.

American Islamic lobby gets out the vote
Expert: 'Ultimately they want to make the U.S. a Muslim country'
worldnetdaily.com

CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper indicated in a 1993 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune that he wants to see the United States become a Muslim country. "I wouldn't want to create the impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future," Hooper told the Star Tribune. "But I'm not going to do anything violent to promote that. I'm going to do it through education."
