Elmer: I don't think so. There'd be leaks and reviews. The absence of a shipping product is much more suggestive of it's absence than it's presence.

This is a mobile product! There are virtually never leaks of those. Athlon4, for example, only leaked about the time that initial notebooks were available in Japan.

That said, I agree with you and many others on this thread that there could be a problem and that this is pretty much what it would look like.
