Cal,

Cash end Nov was $991 plus the 'net proceeds' of
6.5 million.

Difficult to figure out the $4 million in payables
and any new OXO layouts.

I estimate $2.6 million cash on the B/S end Feb.

Plus the $2 mill just now roughly should see them to
end May.

That's why I wanted at least $3 million on the draw.

That plus the rest of the LOC and the europe money
presumably coming in the meantime should see end Aug.

Have a good week and put me down for watching the birds.
