doesn't matter to me really. but saying an upward move in the rand, by itself, is the fundamental difference vs. a consideration is not wholely accurate. after all, the investment assumes an upward move in the metal in addition to consideration of the rand vs. the dollar, and in fact, in normal historical circumstances, would have been the only consideration in most respects, including the rand.
