we see dollar effects the same, only diff is size of effect

if dollar slides, then its flipside debt instrument will drop also
that is the USTBond, meaning higher rates
higher rates cause stock valuations to be strained
so sliding dollar leads to the three biggest nightmares for Mr GreenStool

declining bond market
declining stock market
softening housing market
this totally eclipses the positive effect on US exporters
most of their books are loaded with debt, full of shit accounting proforma deception, whose customers are largely loaded to the gills with excess equipment

if lower rates arent helping to bring about bigger business spending at home,
why would cheaper dollar help to bring about bigger business spending abroad?
Europeans have worse stagflation than the US does
I read Germany and Italy each have 5% inflation, >10% unemployment

on a Richter scale, sliding dollar registers a 7.5 bad earthquake on both the stock and bond market
and a 5.0 bad earthquake on the housing market

while it registers a 2.5 good earthquake on exporters

step back and assess the effect on stocks & bonds in 1990's
the dollar strengthened
big big positives for both stocks & bonds
EVEN AS US EXPORTERS GOT HURT WITH FOREIGN SALES

it all reverses with sliding dollar
and hurting the USdollar will be the next AlQaeda goal
they will soon realize that they can exert the most leverage on the dollar by buying up silver on world market !!!
