Fertile Diamond Friendly Mantle Cooks up Good Diamonds

John Kaiser, writing in a March 28 Express, says Twin Mining (then 52
cents) released good mini-bulk-sample results for its Freightrain
kimberlite system on the Jackson Inlet project on Brodeur peninsula of
north Baffin Island. Mr. Kaiser has not recommended Twin Mining, but in
February wrote with skepticism about how the company presents its results.
The market may have been hoping for a miracle and reacted with subdued
enthusiasm. While the results are good in the sense that they confirm
expectations created by earlier results, they do not yet signal the
presence of a world-class diamond resource, he says. The jury is still out
on whether Freightrain is a complex system with limited tonnage potential
or if it is a very large kimberlite whose upper portion has been heavily
diluted by country rock but which at depth could host a substantial
kimberlite resource. Mr. Kaiser says that the real importance of the
Freightrain bulk-sample results is that they confirm that the northern part
of Baffin Island, in particular Brodeur peninsula, "is underlain by a
fertile, diamond friendly mantle that cooked up some pretty good diamonds."

Howdy Russett.
I agree, Kaisers articles on diamond exploration plays are much improved. And he can move the market into his recommendations. With many faithful, and it appears directionless investors who see large swings as attractive magnets for their money, you have to pay attention to his words. Though I still don't believe KRT will get the IRR required with a $300 MILL plant.

A lot seems to be riding now on "stunning caustic fusion results from the long overdue Cargo kimberlite occurrence". And you are right, the dilution will be substantial if a fire doesn't get lit under TWG.

Maybe we should get Luc Robarts involved from REX. He sure could make big market cap on pure speculation. :o)

Will was saying (I think) that there were mackles present. Not the ideal shape for high value. But I too will keep my valuation where it is for now.

There has to be a surprise or two in the lot. I've never heard of a public viewing of a diamond parcel. Wonder why they can't be photoed and posted on their site if its no big secret?
