Nice job on the similarity measure site.

Out of curiousity, did you calculate the probabilities over
all data points for each of the stocks? What happens when you use only the data points that only include moves of more than 7 percent. From personal experience moves of less than 7 percent tend to be noise and tend to be in the direction of the overall market indices like the COMPX and DJ30. Sorry I don't have statistical data on this issue, it is just an non-scientific observation.

Some of the correlations surprised me on a few stocks I typed in.
