DRIV???ouch! minus 6+

8:05AM Digital River downgraded by DBAB following warning (DRIV) 14.81: DB Alex. Brown downgrades to BUY from Strong Buy and lowers price target to $13 from $26. Downgrade is based on preannouncment of disappointing Q1 revenues and EPS of $18 mln and $0.01-$0.02 vs firm's estimate of $19.5 mln and $0.07. DRIV also lowered 2002 guidance reflecting minimal new customer wins due to a sluggish IT spending environment

Quake in Taiwan was first reported to not have damaged any chip facilities there. Then Dow Jones reports this AM "Chip foundry Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co . (TSM) said in a statement "there was approximately half day to one day's loss of wafer movement, which has very minimal impact on the company's revenue for (second quarter) 2002."
Now I read that Taiwan Semi will lose 5 days chip production .
It's getting difficult to know what report to believe. Oh I forgot it's April Fool's Day so that may be the reason. LOL

I sold IVX when it crossed 20 but would it is on my watchlist.
