Yes, but the BOD's decision to exclude WW from the ballot might be just enough to make WW so totally, totally enraged that we see levels of craziness normally only seen in the non-corporate world, like a person so bitter over a divorce he burns down his/her house. Keeping WW off the BOD might be just what it takes for him to try and destroy HP. Sure, he holds a wad of shares, but he has wads of other companies shares, too. That said, I wouldn't want him on a board with me either. Lynn
