Hi Joe,

I suspect this next 2 quarters are a culmination period
for Rebecca.

She knows whats going on at the table in the FDA and at
the table with J&J.

I predict a period of some 2-3 weeks without a draw in
which there will be one or more updates. By then she
will have that much more insight; but, has to make the
call on timing. Its got to be at least 50-50 whether she
goes that one last time or decides its prudent to extend
the Acqua contract once more.

(Quiet back there)

Both parties have pretty much gotten what they wanted from
the arrangement so far.

Always follow the cash. Rebecca has been frugal with the
dilution beyond my own comfort zone; but, has also stayed
ahead of the immediate needs.

Now is that window I spoke of earlier where we can learn
something by what happens and what doesn't.

If she goes in April, then she's protecting DMX because the
timing is still uncertain (in my opinion). But if the
first week or two of May go by with no sign of a draw
(Joe - this is your and CG's area) then I say she knows
the date (of the J&J signing).

We shall see.

Wolf

Joe/Cal,

Are we in another draw? It seems to be dripping down a bit every day. Thanks.

Dave

Hi, Joe - What tick is CIBC trading on?

I suspect CIBC has become an Amigo: if so, their sells are no great concern.

If they are straight "sells" as opposed to Acqua hedging, the SH worry might be justified; maybe not, though - they picked up a pile of cheap shares around the upper 3's.

They seem to be staying in the "channel", though. CIBC a fourth Amigo?

Still with us, Cal?
