Usually they sell the dollar to buy stocks later, as weird as it sounds. At least, recently this has been the pattern.

Digital River: Just for the record:
On its conference call, the company said that the majority of the weakness occurred in March.
If related to IT spending, tech sector earnings (warnings) good get interesting very soon.
