If a group uses a public park to promote an organization devoted to awareness of breast cancer, is the government establishing that organization or endorsing that principle? I don't see that.

Or if the Libertarian party wants to hold a rally in Rainier Plaza, a public plaza in downtown Seattle, is the city of Seattle promoting libertarianism?

Our library lets any nonprofit group use its meeting room free. Many advocacy groups use it, including AA, which is decidedly religious in its orientation. Is it your view that AA should be prohibited from using the library facilities because such use is promoting religious belief and therefore is establishing religion?
