He usually has a pretty good reason for putting out an alert on a stock

I'm sure that statement is true.

IMO determining a fair value for this company has to take into consideration their recent FDA approval. I don't think most people understand the significance of obtaining FDA approval, and the effect that will have on reimbursements from various insurance plans for the cost of treatment. I would also think this approval might be an important protection against future medical malpractice liability for a physician or renal dialysis lab who wanted to offer this product for home use.

I realize that home dialysis has been accomplished by some patients, but has the equipment been purchased by the patient, or reimbursed by the medical insurance plan? Most dialysis equipment is not "user friendly" and takes a great deal of training to successfully operate. Probably patients who are on dialysis would be considered high risk patients, and IMO the physician who would prescribe this treatment would want to offer the best product available. If this dialysis machine is "user friendly" it would seem that FDA approval might make it a better tool for a dialysis lab to use with specific patients who could be properly trained.
