I updated 3 charts with the latest SIA data...
yoy monthly % change since 1990 [I think analysts watch this] suite101.com

ratio or % of monthly SIA sales 'spent' on equipment orders. As SIA sales increase so does the % 'spent' on equipment.

SIA sales vs SEMI bookings

ST - Trading FWIW, I received a couple of PMs regarding my last trade and thought I'd reply on the thread to clarify: When I said my "all my limits were hit", I should have said "all my stops were hit." Unfortunately, earlier this morning I decided not to book a decent $4K+ win and instead chose to set a series of stops above $54 and let her play out. I thought I had some breathing room as she was trading below $53.50 at the time. The next time I checked the market, all my stops had executed! Bottom line, it was an overall break-even play and NOT a win.
