I've never heard of Dansko. Clarks don't fit me; Ecco are too pricy. I wear Birkenstock full shoes, not sandals. They may look ugly to some people, but they are the most comfortable shoes I own. And the heck with fashion. I'm just waiting to get up the courage to refuse to wear a tie in court on the grounds that it violates our state Constitution's equal rights clause since women aren't required to wear ties.
