I see a trading range too until either of two things happens: 1) confirmed corporate earning's growth or 2) Fed's direction for short term interest rate is cleared.

For now, I suspect there will be buying on the Nasdaq near 1800 and selling at 1950.

Hey, what happens if you never report for jury duty?

About a year ago i got a summons to appear. I shined it(unintentionally) tht was feb last year. Than in Nov I got another notice with a date of Dec something. Didn't notice I had that until Jan of '02. Nothing has happened since then.

Do they put out a warrant for you or something?
