Actually it should get easier. If you spot an opportunity you don't have to sit through a parabolic rise in the stock anymore while you wait for the pullback. Any company that announces anything even slightly irregular now gets slaughtered quick.

And if you think one little Enron tanking is going to make CEOs more cautious, you got another thing coming. If anything it will just stall them for a few months while they come up with a new scam.

Patron, since the Fed has discussed the possibility of buying assets to stabilize the markets I would guess the SEC will continue to give companies every benefit of the doubt with respect to culinary accounting and continue its practice of too little too late. NOBODY wants to upset the markets. mike
