I thought she won that case?....Oprah has absolutely no sense of humor as demonstrated recently to David Letterman fans. Dave claims he's the only American entertainer that has never been invited to appear on Oprah's show(he feigns disappointment about that), so, he decided to keep an Oprah Journal & would pull it out each evening & call his producer "Did Oprah call with an invitation today?"....Of course, his producer answered every night....."sorry Dave, no she didn't call." He would then open the Oprah Journal & make the entry "no call" for that day. This went on for months & the viewers started to get in on the act by picketing Oprah's studio in Chicago with signs saying "Oprah, invite Dave on your show."

Any other entertainer in this country would eventually see the humor of this stunt & go along with it by offering an invitation....even if it was just to have a huge audience rating for that day's show. Not Oprah....she never acknowledged what Dave was doing. She can't stand him.....because he pokes fun at her. He does that to all celebrities with over-inflated egos(which almost includes all of them). Hollywood types can't take his honest sense of humor......they're so accustomed to unquestioned adulation from their sheep-like fans.
