What countries would they be from? I certainly wouldn't want Syrian soldiers included, or any soldiers with connections to the terrorist groups. And, what would be their duties? Would the be stationed within Israeli territory? Would they be armed? Who would they report to? Would they have their backgrounds checked? Could Israel reject monitors who they felt could be a security threat?
